Heading up the team at Data Image is our founder, Rob. We call him ‘No Prob Rob’ as nothing is too big a problem for him!

Since starting the company back in 1991, Rob has seen the company grow to a team of 60+ employees and when he’s not out visiting clients, he can be found throughout the business driving the heartbeat of the company every day.

Rob is an expert within the industry and with a real passion for print and technology, he is always looking for the next way to bring innovation to print at Data Image.

With a strong background in managing sales teams on a national scale, Rachel joined Data Image back in 2019 to run our Marketing and Sales departments as our first Head of Sales.

Always motivating her team and everybody else in the office, Rachel’s bright and bubbly personality shines through her work!

In her spare time, Rachel loves to visit the French Alps with her family. Having fun on and off the slopes, she is an avid skier and loves the adrenaline rush she gets from her favourite hobby

Having worked in Accounts for all of her working life, our Head of Accounts, Alison, moved across to the print industry just over 8 years ago when she joined Data Image back in 2010.

Alison loves number-crunching and has always enjoyed working with figures, making her our go-to person for everything numbers!

As an avid football fan, Alison is also a season ticket holder for Tottenham Hotspur where she regularly goes to watch matches and cheer on her side but when she’s not out enjoying football, she’s either spending time with her grandchildren or rocking out at a gig.

Iwona, has been working at Data Image for over 5 years after being offered a position within the company 3 weeks into her temporary position.

Making her way from temporary staff to finishing operative, Iwona is now our Finishing Manager, managing a team of 9 employees across finishing and logistics and as a fan of inspirational quotes, she is always making sure that her team are motivated at all times.

Sitting down with a book is her favourite thing to do and we think that Iwona’s time at Data Image is the best story so far!

Entering the print industry at the age of 17 as an apprentice, our Production Manager Steve had been working in lithographic print for 10 years before moving across to digital and joining Data Image back in 2008, the company he now considers his “saviour”.

A Leicester boy born-and-bred, Steve is one of our many LCFC supporters here at Data Image and even had trials at Leicester Academy when he was younger!

After playing for several non-league clubs throughout his life, he now spends his weekends playing for a local side in a Veterans League.

Working alongside the World’s first Robot-fed cutting bed is our Research and Development Manager, Garry.

With 14 years’ experience as a Development Designer and 11 years’ as a 3D Structural Designer, using new technologies and implementing lean manufacturing processes, Garry joined Data Image back in 2014 and is now our 3D printing, problem solving guru.

Between working with robots and designing innovations, Garry is also a part-time photographer and DJ in his spare time and with an extensive skillset both in and out of work, this is what makes him the dedicated designer he is today.
